Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting our Australian small business! Because every case is 3D printed to order, our shipping process is slightly different from traditional retail. Please read below for details on how we get your order to your door.
1. Production & Processing Time
We don’t keep "stock" on shelves; we print your case specifically for you.

Standard Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

Notifications: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by our courier.
2. Our Shipping Provider (Sendle)
We ship all domestic orders via Sendle. We chose Sendle because they are Australia’s first 100% Carbon Neutral delivery service. Your case arrives with a net-zero carbon footprint, which aligns with our commitment to sustainable 3D printing practices.
3. Important: No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
Because Sendle is a courier-only service, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. * Please ensure you provide a physical street address at checkout.

If a PO Box is provided, we will contact you to request a physical address, which may delay your printing and shipping time.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All times below are after the initial 2-4 day printing period.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Sendle and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Authority to Leave: By default, Sendle shipments are marked as "Authority to Leave" (ATL). If you do not have a secure place for the courier to leave the package, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.

Missed Deliveries: If the courier cannot find a safe place to leave the parcel, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery.
6. Damages & Issues
3D printed items are durable, but they can be damaged if mishandled during transit. If your item arrives broken or warped:

Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will prioritize a reprint for you immediately.
